With Incident Alert, users can access real-time emergency call information and receive alerts if someone close to them is dispatched. By simply inputting their station number into the app, users will receive immediate notifications on their mobile devices once they are dispatched.

The app exclusively highlights significant emergencies such as house fires, natural gas leaks, and more.

Incident Alert displays incidents dispatched by Phoenix Alarm, showing Mesa Alarm units only if Phoenix Alarm dispatches them within a Phoenix Dispatch City or to neighboring areas like Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, or Apache Junction.
